In our bathroom washbasin tab have no water and in the bathroom have bad smell when I entered to the room for check in

There are no amenities and services also. pool is closed. A/c is not working. The hotel is not accessible for food,tea or any kind of thing. The lift had a bad smell.

The bath rooms to be kept cleaner. There were cigarette buds and beer bottles on the outer platform of the balcony.

The stay was fine like the location and the place was good and silent. Closer to temple. However, the washroom was terrible. We stayed in room 302 and we had complained about a smell coming from washroom and they did come and clean but still the smell stayed and when asked for room change, they didn’t comment any. Then later when followed up they gave a room freshener which is actually not a freshner at all but some random spray bottle with hardly any smell. I travelled with a 6th month old and such smell around infants is not at all good. 2. The breakfast taste was surely good but was served super cold and they kept the lids opened. Also, tea was bad Otherwise the staff was responsive in cases like extra bottles etc

Room cleanliness was pathetic; Bathroom horrible; They said just 4min walk to Guruvayoor temple., but actually there is around 15mins walk. Staying there ruined our travel experience

Wall looking soo poor, and toilet flush also not working properly. Otherwise it's okay

The stay was acceptable overall; however, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. During the night, a millipede fell on me from the ceiling. The room’s walls were damaged, and I discovered an open water bottle under the bed, likely left by the previous occupant. Additionally, the bedsheets were stained and torn, which was disappointing.

There was no hot water available, the breakfast was of poor quality and served cold, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.
