Review Of Arsva - 2 BR, Living Area & Roof-top Garden

We had a thoroughly unpleasant experience staying at this property for three consecutive nights. The owners, a husband and wife duo, lacked professionalism and exhibited rude, uncooperative, and self-centered behavior. We booked two rooms per night and stayed for three nights. Shockingly, the lady expected us to do our own dishes – guests typically come to relax and explore, not handle household chores! The couple was unhelpful regarding kitchen usage, making me question their decision to open a homestay. They imposed an excessive list of rules: no stains, no noise post-9 PM, no hanging clothes, etc. Contrary to MakeMyTrip's listing claiming they'd provide a helper/assistant, this wasn't true. They also failed to offer complimentary breakfast consistently; when I asked, the lady reluctantly agreed but only for two days. We strongly advise against recommending this homestay – it'll impress with infrastructure but lacks homely warmth. The caretakers deserve zero stars.

it was an amazing, experience. the hosts, ajit sir and suma ma'am were were warm and welcoming.the house both is a beautiful inside out. we had an unforgettable, much cherished stay grateful 🙏🏽.

The stay is osm. Everything is great i loved the stay. Atmosphere is marvelous and the rooms are well maintained. I blindly suggest everyone to choose the stay.
