Bathroom was not clean found lizards in bathroom and in room. Room is spacious

No dental kit, no wifi, no cleaniness, no meal options, old used bed sheets and towels, no water, no tea etc. Third grade hotel

There is no hot water in the hotel. We explained the same to the receptionist and she said we cannot do anything about it.

Not provided basic things and bed sheets was very dirty and room lock is not worked, intercom not available. Room service is very delay. Actually it is not hotel, its function hall with some rooms while using the funtion booking customers. In free time, they are providing rooms for rent. Not suggest-able in makemytrip and to any other customers

Manager is not good, he is a bit greedy and try to charge unnecessarily for small things. He talks well but very greedy when you ask for anything.

Ac was in bad condition even the receptionist tried to rectify it still all the rooms ac was in bad condition, making it tough at night it was very difficult. Even for breakfast they had only a dosa option that was too plain dosa, dried dosa. Staff was helpful

I stayed there for two days and the room is quite comfortable. The beds are not spring mattress but quite comfortable.

The location mentioned is incorrect. The rooms are good but there is no proper service. There is no restaurant also which is attached. It is not very in terms of logistics too.

I would like to cancel one night stay but both mmt and hotel said ok initially then later on mmt said not getting acknowledged from the hotel and the hotel is not responding i booked a ticket from mmt then their responsibility for my queries but saying the hotel is not responding is totally unacceptable due to their miscommunication i lost the amount of 2000

I have made booking for executive room, but i was given deluxe room, which is not correct and proper. All other room services are good. A separate pantry will be advised
