Never Book again not recom
Not value for money, they asked us to pay extra for room over and above make my trip. Room didn't had tv, no ac, no kettle or transfer bags, we asked for towels then only it was given. location is good but no shops near by. hotel does not has kitchen and i guess no staff. there was only one person at reception doing all stuff. they give one menu card if a hotel who delivers there that's the only food option. no security at gate in night seemed unsafe for family. not sure why they use gloomy white cfls it makes stay more boring

Dear friend, We are actually providing only rooms not Shops, there are lots of shops out there so that you must travel for a while. It was already said that the check-in time begins at 12 o clock and you just requested for the early check-in at 9 45 and you said you could pay extra money for that. That's why extra money was collected from you. Tv is available at Hall not in the rooms and you booked for non AC rooms. We could only provide you the facilities what you have already booked it in our site. Obvious that it may feel so boring when you sit in the room for a long day. Hope you recheck and understand about everything before you choose an Appartment. Thankyou
