The place was pretty big and clean but all the shown amenities were not there . Only 2 darts for darts throwing and only few carrom prices and the table football was broken . The table tennis was completely fine and the swimming pool was the best part . The resort was breakfast included but they bought the breakfast 1.5 hours late (this happened to us only) but other than that the full place was fun and vibe it is really good for big families , even more than 12 adults can fit in .

Stay was really terrible and we got bitter experience. What ever property pics mentioned and reality we got had huge gap. Bad exp includes following. 1. Bathroom was water spilled everywhere on just checkin. 2. In the morning tap was broken in one of bathroom and after they fixed that in 1-2 hours, dirty water was coming so we couldn't bath on time. 3. Breakfast was not good and also quantity was not sufficient. No tea or coffee in the breakfast4. caretaker. Consumed our wine without our permission when we were not present. And many more. Whole wayanad trip got spoiled due to this stay.

The property has a great ambience and relaxing vibe. It's a 5 bhk property which accommodates max 10 people at a time. There's some issue with food as there aren't any nearby restaurants and also one has to collect food from a 5km away city.

Nice home stay, value for money but activities like bonfire

Had a nice stay at this place, the place was clean, the toilets were clean and everything was arranged nicely.

The location was decent and convenient. The kind of facilities, security and cleanliness they provided were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was kind and helpful. I want to recommend this property.
