1921 The Estate Villa 3 Bedroom

I have booked the biggest room in the property. It has two rooms with one king sized and one queen sized bed. It is suitable for family tourists. Hygiene is good. The only one bathroom has not a bath shower. Warm water not readily available. Situated very close to National highway. But has a calm and quiet ambience.

I was glad I found this place. Such a pretty stay inside tea plantation. Calm and away from everything Really loved it

Beautiful and cute property . Owners are very welcoming the guests. So many food options and cafes near by. There is a theme park for kids and tea factory stone away distance.

Place is too old and not maintained properly hopefully in winter you will not see any snake but be aware of leeches. Full of insects in rain. No food not even basic food or breakfast nearby if you order it will cost you much more. More over not much cooperative approach. So overall it was bad experience and had to book another stay for my second night with no refund. Thanks to makemytrip also like they are always breaking promises

Staying is very nice and feel good

A serene silent stay in the middle of lush green tea estate. The location of the stay is very good making it accessible to highway, restaurants and city within a 5 minutes drive.

Stay was pleasant and calm.

View is very good. Inside room is not hygiene. They don’t even provide kettle in the room. Provided hot water on request for baby

The location is perfect for a good vacation with peace and greenery around. Nice area to walk in evening as well within the tea estate. The care taker was really helpful. This is our first time visit to wayanad and we did some research where and all the visit however about the travelling we didn’t had much knowledge how much to pay. Did approach the owner but he really help which was kind of disappointing

Liked the stay very much. Room was cozy and have a vintage touch. The room owner was also very friendly and always in touch

Tea estate experience was very good. Host jatin is always helpful and response when ever we contact him and do the needful. Stay is amazingly built, but rooms are bit small than expected. Based on the room size the price is little bit high but if you get it on discount you’ll love the stay

The property is situated within a tea garden and full of the greenery. It was so quiet and calm and we really enjoyed the place. You can go round the nearby view point and enjoy some nice pics. The market is at walking distance and you can order food from the restaurant to be delivered at your place. The room was small and cozy and had a separate toilet and bathroom.

It's a vintage homestay surrounded by tea plantations and a very cost-effective stay in the calmness of wayanad.

This Location is Amazing and very beautiful Estate as well. staff is also good and area is surrounded by greenary only.

My kids enjoyed the stay very much, nice location and budget friendly. Very nice location amid-st a tea estate and next to la-la land.

Beautiful homestay, excellent place to stay amid-st nature surrounded by tea gardens. The location is perfect, close to nh with various restaurants and food options nearby. The rooms are well maintained, clean with basic amenities available. Shout-out to ab-hi and staff for guiding and showing the view points and light show in the estate.

1921 estate villa is located within 900acre tea estate. They have at present 2 A-frame cottages and a house with 3 rooms. Had a stay at one of the rooms. The room was okay.Bathroom was clean and neat. No meals are served. But the location is easily accessible and there are many tea stalls and restaurants nearby. The climate here was very pleasant.A walk or drive through the green lush tea estate was really refreshing and we could see the chembra peak. The scene of clouds touching it was eye soothening.The melodious chirping of birds in the misty morning added to the serenity of the nature. The caretaker at the property was very helpful.The overall stay experience was good👍🏻.

This place is an excellent choice if you are looking for a stay within the tea garden. This is in chundale, very near to kalpetta town. You can visit many view points nearby as well. Roaming around the tea garden in the early morning is one of the advantages of staying here. All 3 bedrooms are managed well, the place is clean and all basic amenities are available. You would love this stay.
