groupWe are on the way to andhra pradesh from palani thamilanqdu he middle of my journey i have booked in sowmya lodge to stay for that night.we have booked 4bed room and one dobile bed room.But Management provided only 4 bed room with extra bed.There is scarecity in Hot water.The receptionist demanded me how can you chek in on 17th aug.i have booked for 16th 12pm to 17th 11am.How can He ask like that and also given one 4 bed Room only.i have been booking 1 room for month and alao that stay would be 2-3 naights per stay.cross check with my booking history and also make a quick and perfect action about That sowmya lodge

Worst experience i had in this room. Room was full of ants and dirty. Even worst experience i tired calling u but no response atall. Booked ac room for stay but they said no ac rooms available, and gave me non ac room. Hope get reply from u

Average Stay
3 night stay is ok. They provided normal ac delexue room. Neatness to be improved. I haven't any photos with me sir.

Hygine of the room is under risk. Some bad smell i am feeling, looks like low calss hotels. Focusing on cloth cover neatness is required

Ac not work.
The air conditioning is not functioning properly in one of the rooms i am staying in, and the person in charge did not address the issue effectively.
