Review Of THE KAYA AIRPORT NEST

Room was well maintained and clean.Hospitality is very kindful.

it's a good environmental place,but there is a our room tap is already broken and cot has a irritating noise. its difficult to find a hotel on map otherwise choose to street view is easy to find it.

There were bugs in the room. Around the door, there is a gap from which bugs are entering. No towel or soap was provided. Water was not available to use the restroom, and I had to contact reception to get it. The washbasin tap was rotating freely, so I couldn't open it. Had a terrible stay here in The Kaya airport Nest. Vacated in 3 hrs after checked in. Please avoid this.

1. We booked this property due to the fact that they had a kitchenette. We wanted to cook our own food if required. However , the kitchenette was completely empty. No vessels , no gas stove etc. Just empty. Why do they advertise it in the details when it's unusable for the visitors. 2. The flush tank valve was leaking for the whole 3 days. 3. The TV didn't work during the entire stay. 4. There were no toileteries given at the time of check-in. Bathing soap and towel were given once we asked for it. The caretaker didn't aeem to be prepared for our arrival. He said that all the other towels have been washed. I have only one for now. There was no shampoo/ toilet roll in the bathroom as we usually get in all the homestays. 5. We were three adults who booked this 1 bhk. Their policy was to provide 1 liter water bottle per day for 1 room. However , finally they didn't charge us for the extra water bottles. 6. The location of the homestay is near the Airport. However , this homestay is almost out of the main city. No decent eatery near the homestay. We ordered via Zomato. 7. The homestay owner neither met us nor called us to even ask for any feedback. It was just the caretaker who was present there. All in all , I would not recommend this homestay for families. May be for single travellers it's ok. My suggestion to MMT would be to reconsider keeping this homestay on its platform.

I really like it,But little things are such a irritating like door gaps only.Please take it seriously mam.Otherwise Hotel location, Room ,Bathroom,Parking area,Other amenities & services it was nice 🙂..

The service was good by the receptionist but Water was not available most of the time, Every time I needed to inform about the water. As well as the AC room door was not closed completely there is a gap. Average stay
