The room was poorly maintained and far from what was shown in the pictures. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences

room was smaller than expected. It was allotted in the second floor with no elevator facility. (we both are Senior Citizens with Arthritis problems. tho' we requested atleast in the first floor, it was not conceded. Bed spreads were dirty. Health faucet in the bath room not working properly. No drinking water provided in the room. No water heater. No boarding facility. Overall experience was horrible.

This property is located small residential G+2 house. No lift , car parking road side .. and damaged furniture stock at kitchen. Overall not satisfactory ..as we reached late nite hours to Homestay which causes forcefully continued the option

I recently stayed at Kaya Homes, located very close to the Srirangam Temple, and overall, it was a decent experience. I was able to reach the host easily using the contact number displayed near the property. The host was humble and cooperative — despite my limited Tamil, he understood my situation and handed over the room keys within 15 minutes, which I truly appreciated. The room was satisfactory for a short stay, and its proximity to the temple is a major advantage. There are also plenty of eateries within walking distance, which made it convenient for meals. However, the experience could have been better if basic amenities like drinking water and other essentials were provided in the room. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

very very bad and the worst experience with them. There is no courtesy of other state people. very rude behavior. There are no mininum facilities like soap ,tavel etc..but the room is ok. i don't want to recommend it to anyone.

I stayed over night for visiting Ranganathar temple which is walkable distance from the property. The top floor room was given. The room had TV, AC etc and drinking water was on the stair cases. The bathroom was slightly larger than expected and clean as well. On the down side, the room was on the terrace hence they were drying the hotel linens just outside my room which was odd for me. As many staffs were on leave, I waited nearly half hour during late hours to get my keys to the room. The bed / roon was having some small cockroaches running here and there which was not nice.

I booked The Kaya homestays which is near to Rajagopuram. We arrived at the hotel at night and called them since there's no one available at reception. Hotel staff told me all rooms are full and asked me to go to their Sister hotel The Kaya Inn which is almost 2km far. They didn't provide me any transport, I had to go on my own. There was no lift, mother had knee pains still they provided room in second floor. I paid full amount online and it's almost 9 pm. So we had to adjust. The room is not clean, it's full of ants. Their staff guy is very rude, he demanded an extra amount for providing water bottle. Except AC and hot water, no other amenities are provided which were mentioned. There's no wifi, no lift. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Room was alloted to someone else even though i had booked for two days. Had to talk to customer care late at night to initiate refund

The staff was not present during the entire stay, they just came to handle us the key. We wanted to request for cleanunh services but nobody was available

When i reached the place, they said rooms not available. No one knows hindi or english. They asked me to cancel my booking. No one was courteous to no rooms available. When i called mmt, they arranged for alternative location. The locality around the stay is very poor

Nice and comfortable stay at reasonable rates. Located in a good neighborhood and a well maintained property
