Worth for money Need to improve room cleaning

had a pleasant stay, the surrounding was calm

The staff Mr.Naveen was very polite and helpful. The villa is maintained very well . The sheets , rooms everything were clean . Soaps and towels were provided. There was AC which had good cooling. There is a kitchen too where there was water and food can be reheated. The place and atmosphere was good .

We stayed for two days (7 people). The person in charge just came to give the key. Nobody was there in the villa to address our needs. They didn't even provide a water bottle. The bathrooms were not clean. While vacating also nobody came to get the key. We were asked to hang the key on the door itself. Not at all satisfied.

In the bathroom no hot water was coming. In one of the bedrooms ac was not working. The parking is to be done on the road.

The sunshine villa management not willing to provide rooms as per my booking. They offered if you are willing, one room for 4 persons, otherwise we will cancel your booking and refund your payment. As their offer, i am not accepting, so they simply canceled and refunded.

Shops are not nearby, you can have tea as a gift, and hot water in the bathroom should be available at night as well any way am feel peaceful and safety stay

We were welcomed warmly by the caretaker mr. Naveen. We felt as if we were home by the service and felt the rooms were extremely neat. The offer provided for 3 rooms was extremely beneficial for the 12 members we had. Overall, i will highly recommend members to try sunshine villas if they are trying to get a stay at trichy.

The villa's infra was awesome. There was no issue during our stay. The hospitality of the receptionist and workers were excellent. Worth a place with an affordable price. Will continue to book here for upcoming trichy visits.

i had an absolutely amazing time at sunshine villa.the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. the care taker and management and all were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.highly recommendable homestay

The stay is all okkk but is far from main road and it's a bit difficult to go anywhere from the hotel

The amenities service is not completed yet, want to be upgraded.............,,,,,,etc...., 🙃.........

The route to the stay was just like going to a jungle. There was no wash basin at all in the bathroom. No shaving mirror. Ugly toilet cleaning brush was inside bath room. No cable tv connection. No bedside stool to keep mobile. To the most when we opened the toilet flushing hose vomiting smell came. The water tank was not cleaned and not used for months i think. The bathing tap when opened lot of black particles come along with water. Highly unhigenic and health hazzard. Very irresponsible arrangement. Cost is also not reasonsble. I immediately called the owner and he arranged alternate stay arrangement in another place. It was good. That too tv has no cable connection at all. But stay was good. I appreciate the owner for alternate arrangent made. We lost 2hours and could settle only at 11. 30pm. The arrangent at sunshine stay was terrible and not worth staying at all as basic hygiene not followed. No wash basin, no shaving mirror. No bed side stool, no cable tv connection.
