Seriously affordable price, excellent room with AC. Service also so nice even they arranging auto for local place with valuable price. If next time will go, sure same room will be booking.

I had booked my rooms in kaya inn. However, on reaching the destination, i was given an alternate room in a home stay managed by the same company. The guys cited "over booking" in kaya inn and hence the alternate arrangement. The room provided to me in the home stay was a tad smaller as compared to kaya inn (i traveled with my 2 year old son. I don't understand how the hotel takes booking when it's already full. Please check with the hotel officials while booking itself to check if the accommodation will be provided in the correct hotel

The step was not at all comfortable there were many mosquitoes. I had to ask a couple of times for very basic things like towel soap. The room was very small, it was very inconvenient. The building itself was different, it was not kaya.

Hotel is ok but they are not providing towels water bottles and toiletries. We have to carry ourselves.

Good hotel to stay. The rooms are spacious and really with hygienic and neat and clean and it is at affordable rate. The staff members are courteous, respectful, and respond promptly to your needs. In particular, mr. Gowtham stands out for his exceptional service and attentiveness. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when i return to trichy.
