Ideal location but pathetic service. Quality of food was a disaster. They served us coffee with spilled sugar sachets. Their description said breakfast would be a buffet but there was none such. They could do a lot better.

It's a bar hotel with common access way to bar and hotel. Not very ideal for family crowd. But otherwise good value for money.

Not to be used while official or family trip

The hotel is little bit far from mid Town and little bit noisy area as bar is attached

A stay in midst of drunkards. A group of drunkards tried to force into our room at night. The hostel staff were helpless and no securitis at all. Just like a scary movie. A bar more than a hotel. Not recommended.

Check in was delayed; most unhealthy room atmosphere; suffocating and stinking odours; liquor bottles scattered over public amenity spaces; house keeping and personal spaces were untidy, insufficient and uncomfortable. Room was in total not maintained properly. Unwelcome stay. The check in documents were not taken care off and was not handed over properly.

Location - 10 minutes drive from Malappuram bus stop. In a place far off from the huff and puff of the traffic, Good Ambience Food - Good service, Food was OK Room - Spacious, Cleanliness OK Service - OK. Room had WiFi but speed is nothing to cheer about. Overall I would rate 4/5.
