We got best experience there. The service was excellent. The room was clean. We got a spacious space at that rate. The room has got balcony and a kitchen which was nice. And we can also order food from near by hotel and the menu card has been already given in the room.

The surroundings promised a peaceful retreat, free from the chaos of the outside world. However, it's important to note that hot water and breakfast were unfortunately not available during my stay. This unexpected inconvenience caught me off guard, and left me longing for a warm shower and a satisfying morning meal. Adding to the list of minor setbacks, the standard of toiletries offered fell short of my expectations. I had hoped for a touch of luxury, but instead found them to be quite ordinary. Additionally, i noticed that the towel provided had a tear, which was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, i must commend the hotel staff for their prompt response to my concerns. Though they couldn't restore the hot water or breakfast options, their attentiveness and willingness to address any issues were reassuring. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. Moreover, the captivating beauty of the riverside location managed to overshadow these minor inconveniences. Spending time by the water's edge, listening to the gentle sounds of nature, brought a sense of tranquility that can't be replicated elsewhere. In conclusion, while my stay had its ups and downs, i cherish the serene moments i experienced at this hotel. Took a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were very neat and spacious and the bathrooms were also very well maintained with all new fittings. The view from the balcony (we were on the 11th floor) was superb. The service was also excellent with courteous staff. The only issue we faced was the low water pressure in the bathrooms. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

Beautiful apartment hotel. Excellent housekeeping. No f&b but it's attached to a mall and great eating joints around. Great place.

I had made a group booking of 11 rooms for my guests who were visiting malappuram for a wedding. The terrace by ladder team was super supportive to get my requirements in check. The property was well-maintained. Their infinity pool was the major highlight. My guests had an amazing time throughout the stay. The only issue was not having an in-house restaurant/breakfast option in the hotel itself. They had to order food from nearby hotels (although there are good restaurants nearby.
