There are 3 apartments available for guests. Each one having 3 rooms with attached bathrooms, big drawing-room, and a kitchen. The house owners live on the top most floor. 1. Quoted capacity Vs allowed capacity- The app allowed us to book 3 people per room, so 9 people should stay in 1 apartment at the quoted price but the house owner took additional charges for 3 people stating that she doesn't know how the property is posted in MMT. 2. The landlady and her spoilt brat - The issue of additional payment could have been resolved easily but the landlady and her daughter were extremely rude and demanded cash on the spot at 11 PM. She simply denied that she has no knowledge of the quoted price whatsoever. They were super arrogant and highly irritating. We had never seen such misers in our whole life. " Get out of our property" were few of the disgraceful comments by her daughter. 3. Facilities - Some rooms and bathrooms was deprived of electric power. The power issue was resolved after 11 PM (7 hours after check-in). The caretaker doesn't know the WiFi details. Hot water facility was present but disfunctional. 4. Staff - The manager of the apartment is never helpful as his office is 15 km far from the apartment. He is a sensible person but has to follow the orders of the land lady without questioning. The caretaker was never available when required, but for collection of the additional charges he would come every 5 mins to remind. Tip to travelers - Don't go by the photos. Never book this apartment even if you get it at a low price. It will destroy your trip. Tip to owners - Mend your ways, learn basic etiquette, know what hospitality means. Try living at least one day as normal human beings, you will like it.
