Soma Serviced Apartment

They stay was good, caretaker is helpful. Food we need to order or go out. The location is in city centre and easy to reach. If you are staying in service apartments - it has common refrigerator, kitchen and a drawing hall. Just that they didn’t have soap, water bottles handy and had to wait after asking for it. Otherwise it is good.

This is very comfortable and home away home feeling. I would love to stay in so-ma service apartments for upcoming every nashik visit for sure. Calm safe and clean property. Likes the experience.

My stay was very comfortable. Just felt like home. Very spacious room.

Hi so it was a very good experience, ankush the care taker was very helpful and service was up to the mark only thing missing was dustbin in the rooms overall i would rate soma vineyards well

Please do not book this apartment if u do not wish to spoil your trip. This is basically a 3 bhk flat with no basic amenities There is no safety and privacy as u will not be able to lock the rooms allotted to you. There is no bucket in the bathroom, no dustbin and doormats in the room, no toiletries and towel were given even when asked for several times, there is no power backup The room is dirty and stinking, with spider webs at every corner and insects in the room. Tv, ac and wifi are defunct and swimming pool is dirty and of no use. Caretaker is non cooperative and is helpless. We had worst experience during our stay as there are no restaurants and eateries near the apartment and neither anything to eat is available at the apartment. Even a cup of tea is not available at the apartment or in the near by locality. Please do not book especially if u are going on a trip with family and kids. It is total waste of money.

The place is connected to city center and every thing is connected plus the price we paid for it was decent and the amenities were superb.

No one at the reception, waited for 2 hours for the room at night.

The rooms are just amazing. Also, we should note it's a service apartment and not a hotel. You have a large shared hall, dining and kitchen area.

There are 3 apartments available for guests. Each one having 3 rooms with attached bathrooms, big drawing-room, and a kitchen. The house owners live on the top most floor. 1. Quoted capacity Vs allowed capacity- The app allowed us to book 3 people per room, so 9 people should stay in 1 apartment at the quoted price but the house owner took additional charges for 3 people stating that she doesn't know how the property is posted in MMT. 2. The landlady and her spoilt brat - The issue of additional payment could have been resolved easily but the landlady and her daughter were extremely rude and demanded cash on the spot at 11 PM. She simply denied that she has no knowledge of the quoted price whatsoever. They were super arrogant and highly irritating. We had never seen such misers in our whole life. " Get out of our property" were few of the disgraceful comments by her daughter. 3. Facilities - Some rooms and bathrooms was deprived of electric power. The power issue was resolved after 11 PM (7 hours after check-in). The caretaker doesn't know the WiFi details. Hot water facility was present but disfunctional. 4. Staff - The manager of the apartment is never helpful as his office is 15 km far from the apartment. He is a sensible person but has to follow the orders of the land lady without questioning. The caretaker was never available when required, but for collection of the additional charges he would come every 5 mins to remind. Tip to travelers - Don't go by the photos. Never book this apartment even if you get it at a low price. It will destroy your trip. Tip to owners - Mend your ways, learn basic etiquette, know what hospitality means. Try living at least one day as normal human beings, you will like it.

Small rooms, location is great, food available till late night.

Location was good. No facility to serve food there as no restaurant was attached. Also they said we have to paid if food is ordered from outside. Service was horrible. Even drinking was not provided in the room. The manager care taker seldom attends phone.
The geyser was not working. TV was there but DTH was not subscribed. Hence no channel was working. Booked for 6 people, but when asked for additional was asked to pay.

Good and kind staff, better rooms then expected.

The swimming pool was not cleaned and had dirty water.
The curtains were coming off. No dustbin in rooms

Rooms are nice and clean. But that's it. There is no other facilities. Not suitable for family but good option for single person as value for money.

For breakfast I am sad because I was paid extra money for breakfast but got me tea and poha only they told me it was enough if you want like pratha poori then will charge extra I was socked that time.
