Staff is polite, Food is good & Room is good, size of the room mention is also correct. Hotel is in little congested area but area is good, all type of shop are available for shopping.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Hotel Skyreach International. The property description on MakeMyTrip mentioned complimentary welcome drinks, but no such drinks were provided on arrival. The staff were not hospitable and seemed uninterested in guests’ comfort or satisfaction. The room condition was poor — the bed sheets and blankets were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. Room service was also below expectations. The dinner we ordered was not tasty, and the complimentary breakfast was extremely bad — the curd served with the paratha wasn’t even edible. I stayed there for three nights and eventually decided to change hotels due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service. Throughout my stay, no one from the staff even bothered to ask if the service was fine or if I needed anything. Overall, it felt like the hotel’s focus was only on taking bookings, with no concern for guest satisfaction or basic hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

It was my second stay at Skyrich. The Deluxe room provided was excellent, Lift facilit is there. Air condition was functioning well, Hot water was provided for bathing. Staff were very humble and polite. Room service staff were cleaning rooms on time. Food was of good quality but bit costly. WiFi service was good.

Great location, just adjacent to Karol Bagh market, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
