You will get only basic room with a single bed here. According to me family and couples cannot free comfortable here although they are allowed here. You get sharing bathroom here and No food facility available here as already mentioned that this is a Dharamshala not Hotel. The main problem here is Mosquitoes they will attack on you like a new prey for a Monsters. Better get your own Mosquito stick . Weather was good at night so we didn’t need AC. Overall it was a nice stay here at reasonable price. If you want special facilities better book OYO or any other hotels.

Poor hygiene
I booked 2 rooms, 1 room had single bed and another had 3 beds. The manager was good in nature and provided us room 2 hr before checkin and didn't charged for that. The problem was 1 - room was full of mosquitoes 2 - its far away from hear ki pauri 3- rooms and washroom were stinking. I visited on 11 june 22 rikshaw was taking 150 rs per person from this place to hear ki paudi. Mansa devi and chand devi tickets were available after standing hours in a line then, udaan khatola que will break you it took us 6 hrs to complete mansa devi and chand devi. Poor management by udaan khatola team.

Dear Guest, thanks for your feedback and it helps to improve further. Based on your feedback, we have taken care of mosquito issue, and asked cleaning staff to clean bathrooms twice a day. BTW ... Har Ki Pauri is just 4 kms from Dharamshala and by auto it takes only 15 mins, with per head auto fare ₹20. It seems someone taken you for ride. Also, rest like Mansa devi queue and Khatola poor management are not responsibilities of our Dharmashala.

The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Dear Guest, thanks for your feedback. Currently we don't have cooler or AC in the rooms. We will install it in the near future. But we have provision to rent out air coolers at additional cost.

It is disheartening for us to hear it, but majority of our guests really like and enjoy staying at our dharmashala. Kindly be informed, this is a dharmashala and not a hotel, so all the facilities may not be available to you like hotel. Your feedback is incomplete and doesn't justify the rating. We investigated on this matter, and didn't find any evidence of poor behaviour from our staffs. Low budget dharamshala may not be suitable for your need. Request you to please go the details mentioned about the property in the makemytrip before booking further.

Good Stay
Everything was fine, there was a problem with mosquitoes. For that the owner of the Dharamshala should get some cleaning done and the cleaning of the toilet was a little less, there was no hand washing material

Bathroom was not separate on this price it should have separate bathroom no cooler provided only ceiling fan
