Nice location and chilling of AC is so nice

Bad hygiene. Bedsheets were dirty. There were mosquitoes inside. The staff was helpful. While booking, water bottles were mentioned in the services provided, but the host declined to give any bottles

You won't find water here. There is no customer service whatsoever. a dirty dingy place . Nothing offered really in terms of cleanliness, amenities or services.

Decent and good place for solo stay. Have a proper space keeping our luggage and our stuffs. Full space under cctv surveillance.

It’s a nice place to stay. Specially if you are traveling solo. It’s in prime locality of juhu, and it’s safe. Staff is friendly and cooperatives. What i personally like about them is, it’s clean and washrooms are hygienic. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

As i have booked for this dormitory. While check in the staff took me to sunrise dormitory. While i paid for this dome. Please look in to it or else make my trip will loose the customer.
