The Hotel location, staff, hospitality food everything was great. I did not found any challenge during my stay for more than a week. They also have enough parking space in basement. Overall it was a great experience!!

businessThey do not have laundry. And it's all veg food available at restaurant. Service it's really bad. No logiths in the the morning they tend to save electricity.

The experience was average. The rooms were good and tidy but they were stinking of smell. But the staff was supportive they upgraded our room and gave us a better room with no smell. No thanks. No. Discount

soloHaving previously stayed at several sinclairs hotels across india, i was eager to experience their new udaipur location. My stay has been exceptional, largely due to the superb management led by general manager shubhajit sen. I had made this booking through mmt. He and his team demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. My decision to stay at sinclairs was prompted by a disappointing experience where i found the service and staff attitude to be lacking. In contrast, sinclairs udaipur has provided a truly five-star experience. The f&b team has been particularly attentive, accommodating all my dietary preferences. In particular i would like to name a few employees who have gone above and beyond their duty and are true ambassadors of the property, they are nitin from hk, ajay reception, chef chandan, hriday from f&b. I'm incredibly impressed by the prompt service, personal warmth, and consistently cheerful demeanor of the entire staff. Even a minor issue with low shower pressure was addressed almost immediately after i reported it, showcasing the efficient coordination between housekeeping and maintenance. The housekeeping team has been consistently meticulous in replenishing room supplies and always greets guests with a smile. I commend general manager sen and his team for their outstanding work in creating such a positive guest experience. I will undoubtedly return to sinclairs udaipur for a longer stay in the future.

Service is excellent excellent, food is terrible - options are limited, taste is awful. Idli and up-ma were not cooked fully, stuff paratha did not have stuffing, bread toast was burnt and yet served! room size is extremely small

Nice stay with family
familyNice room with front side road facing view on the 4 th flr, rooms are small, premium rooms are bigger but a good view of neechmata mandir with ropeway the hotel is centrally located with many food joints around also a lot of coffee shops, saloon and busy area. A worthwhile visit. The staff is also cooperative. The hotel is newly made the parking is available in the basement with live facilities. The restaurant also has a very nice menu and a buffet breakfast.
