Fantastic place to stay
familyThis is perfect place to stay in ratnagiri. It is situated in center of city and all tourist attractions are nearby. The owners are humble and cooperative.

Nice and clean
The house was nice, the staff very friendly. The only cons were that it was next to constructiom site right now and the bed was quite hard.

Highly recommended for short stay
Property is in a prime location with may restaurants nearby rooms & bathrooms are clean tv with dth free to air channels safe to stay

Value for money
coupleHad a pleasant stay, good location, rooms are clean and tidy, owners are very helpful. Overall a great choice if you are looking for a budget stay in ratnagiri.

Nice and quiet property
The room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was also clean. They have rope lines inside the room for drying clothes, something which i appreciate. The owner is a very helpful gentleman, he helped me in finding a washerman, as i was on a long tour. The rooms are very affordable and is suitable for families. It is located very close to main road too. I loved my stay. Awesome.

Easy to find. Hspitality is very good and clean rooms. Better place to stay with family too.

The tourist house is good
Location is pretty much in centre of Ratnagiri city. We stayed there only for 1 night and the washrooms and room (we opted room with 4 beds) was very decent and clean. There are good nearby restaurants at this location which are at 5-10 min walkable distance.

Best location to stay
It is located in City nearer bus stop from where you can get easily bus for destination. Even many Tourist place nearer to hotel.

Good basic budget stay
Best: 1) Location, in the main city, many food options nearby. 2) Cleanliness and airiness. 3) Zero mosquito. 4) Basic necessities like bed, cloth hooks, fan, TV are available. Could be better: 1) Leakage in water pipe connecting the flush to commode. 2) Towels, toilet paper roll and liquid hand wash not present. Also an extra wash basin in bathroom will be useful as the outside one causes wetness in the main room. 3) Bed length not sufficient for people with height around 6ft or more. Also bed pillows were a little soggy.

Comfortable stay
Our stay was comfortable. The hotel is run by a family and the people are polite and helpful. There is no ac installed so if you are planning to visit when during any hot season, the place won't provide much comfort because of the heat. Toiletries and towels are not provided. You will have to carry them yourself. Location is good and rooms are spacious and clean. You'll get breakfast on demand.

Improvement
As per room price, TV facilities were not up to mark. Most of the channels are outdated.
