Ok, stay was comfortable, but fan and ac makes sound which act as hindrance in peaceful stay, bathroom fittings need to be replaced with new ones.

1. Room locks was not proper. 2. Towels provided was not good washed 3. Room service person not clean and neat 4. Tea provided through room service was very poor quality 5. Only 1 smallest chip of soap they provided for bathing 6. Room floor was not clean 7. Shawl was not clean

Filled with cockroaches, untidy hotel

Good room service, nice rooms, old but clean almost all amenities, food is good.

Rooms dirty, phone not working poor service.

Excellent location, clean, but room service was worst. Staff hardly bothered, while complained many times, they always kept no action mode. Adjacent Gokul restaurant was a big relief.

One of the Excellent Hotels I have stayed. Though, the location is very satellite, but near to the airport, it was so calm, good to relax and good hospitality. It is surely a residence for the couples/people who stays there and can feel home... Keep it up.

Hotel is located at best location and easily approachable, rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, room service is good.

I stayed first time here and found bad experience with room, service and overall quality of the hotel. Will never recommend to anyone. Rooms are very tidy with some veered smell across the rooms. Service is also very poor and slow. Location wise near to airport but again outside city.

It's good. Enjoyed stay. Ambience and food is good. Very good receiving. Its near to airport and convenient for transportation. Easy connect to Bangalore city. Overall I feel is good.

Not at all a good service and room. Don't show fake pictures of this hotel. The room was not even good to stay .. Not worth for 2. 3k a single night Food was charged heavy but no taste was good to compare.

The place is OK for the short stay. It is located at outskirts of the city. Service is good. Room can be more cleaner. There is issue of mosquitoes in the rooms. You have to ask for mosquito repellant machine.

Room: Got a good room Location: 20-30 mins drive from Airport and 10 mins from Yelhanka Railway Station Services: Itne paise me itna hi milega scene, but staff were cooperative. Food: They have in-house kitchen and a very closeby veg restaurant. They do not serve complimentary breakfast. No issues if staying with family.

The service level really needs improvement. I had booked a "Superior Executive Suite", which promised a dining area with kitchenette, microwave and fridge. Only fridge was there in an otherwise bare ante-room! No microwave, dining table, anything! In addition, the towels provided were dirty grey, with no improvement in the replacement towels. The promised "extra bed" for daughter turned out to be a mattress dragged in and placed unceremoniously on the floor. Bathrooms are stained and dirty. Really poor experience overall.
