Excellent location, Good Ambience and Hopitality of the persons were fine.

Rooms are not as stated in pictures. Very ordinary rooms with no AC

The hotel is located just across gate no. 2 of Prayagraj railway station. Since the room was being renovated it did not have all the amenities mentioned during booking. There was no telephone or cabinet. Even the bathroom door did not have railing or hooks to hang clothes. There was however housekeeping staff who kept themselves available with their phone no. The restaurant had limited option because of kumbh mela and supply cut off because of crowd. Whatever was offered was freshly prepared . The ambience was devotional and nice.

The Housekeeping and Services were not upto the mark.Location is Good ,Food is good .But servicing and Cleanliness leave lot desirable

I have escalated this experience with make mytrip customer care. They have given 48 hrs for the resolution of the issue. Will wait for the resolution. I could not visit the property. Hotel did not reply or respond to my calls. Have asked for complete refund from mmt.

The stay was very comfortable, and it was clean as well, and the food provided was very good. We totally liked it. The two during makum. The maintain the hotel and the restaurant very clean and tidy and very helping staff.

It’s terrible experience. Not a hotel from any standard. People are sleeping just outside your room. So much of noise and no amenities in room whatsoever.
