Hare Krishna. ISKCON is a large and trustworthy organization. However, the maintenance of the guest house seemed to be of a very low standard. We had booked a total of six rooms, each charged at approximately ₹6000 per room.
None of the rooms had properly stocked bathroom toiletries, and even after repeated requests, they were not refilled. After much insistence, only one room was provided with a kettle.
At night, when we arrived for dinner, all the buffet items were empty. Somehow, we managed with just dal and rice, but the children couldn’t eat anything. Despite this, the person at the counter behaved very rudely and still charged ₹350 per person.
The same situation occurred during breakfast. When one item was placed on the table, another would run out. Not a good experience!
