The owner did not allow the children to stay in the same rooms with extra bed charges and instead forcefully insisted on making an additional booking. Despite charging equivalent rates, the hotel failed to provide even the basic services expected from a standard stay. The rooms were not cleaned, there was no hot water, no water supply at 6 a.m., and no staff was available to address customer concerns. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and caused great inconvenience to us. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure appropriate corrective measures.

As per our records, your original booking through Goibibo was for 4 rooms for 7 adults and 5 children. However, at check-in, the actual group included 10 adults and 7 children, exceeding our standard room capacity of 2 adults + 1 child per room. While we initially suggested booking an additional room for the comfort and safety of all guests, we did not force this. Understanding your situation, we allowed your group to stay in the same 4 rooms with extra mattresses, and only charged for 5 additional persons. We also regret the issues you faced regarding room cleanliness, hot water, and early morning water supply. These are not the standards we aim to deliver, and the matter has been taken up with our team for immediate corrective action. No hot water inside the bathroom. The washroom was not well made and maintained and had a stinky smell.

High cost almost double
Experienced at hotel was good staff and owner is also cooperative and prompt however cost is too high as compair with other same quality hotels i mean costing is almost double which can not be.

Nice property close to temple and beach. Food was awasome. Staff was very co operative and polite. Overall nice experience.

Excellent Stay
Stay was excellent. Location is nearby ganpati temple and beach. Owner and staffs was cooperative. Food was very tasty specially modak and chinees. They had provided us upgraded room with same price. For hot water separate provision are available.

familyThe rooms are good. Water supply is also 24 hours. Only difficulty we faced is there is no room service given as there is no landline phone available in the room. So whenever we want something we have to go to the reception area and ask for it. Apart from this overall stay was good.

Charged 2x of the hotel rate. Very disappointing
charged 2x of the actual hotel rent. I am totally disappointed. Also said wifi available but not available.
