Poor service, Noda no hygiene, no heater under construction restaurant. Menu rates too high.

Rooms are not maintained properly, Having multiple problems like door lock need extra effort to lock door. Commode upper part is broken. Fan is very noisy. Also hot water is available for only 1 hour. Good part is very beautiful sea view from balcony. Food teste is good but price is high.

No maintainance is done electric equipment like fan TV and AC are not working properly no cleaniness and bad service

Room no. 207, 208 Deluxe AC rooms were not upto the mark, no welcome kit, no handwash, soap, towels provided. AC was not effective due to improper air sealing of room. Dismantled Door latch had to be fixed for locking room. Water park was not functional. Had to give repeated orders for meal for dine in. Lack of communication in management and shortfall of staff in hotel.

it's old type furniture and Bed ,In this resort he has 3 type just logging and other Deluxe resort he uploaded Deluxe resort photo and given the old one logging..I m not happy with that even he doesn't give the water bottle in the room ,Not given towel ,Bath Soap .. extremely poor service..

All facilities are available in the hotel but services are very very poor. Cleanness is not satisfactory, we stay for two nights but no room cleaning was not done. Tv was not working as subscription was not paid. Food quality is average.

Third class staff. Third class maintainance. Third class rooms. Dont even keep this property as last option to stay.

Never ever book this hotel even if you see this as your last choice. Poor management, poor amenities, poor rooms, poor housekeeping. I dont remember a single point to rate even a star.

I have booked this hotel from make my trip and i was disappointed how can mm t added such kind of hotel in your list.

Room was ok. Bathroom were clean. However there was no water provided. Location is close to ganpati mandir but there are no shop near by. Staff behaviour was good by but receptionist was not too welcoming.

Horrible unclean rooms, no room service, not recommended even in emergency. Washrooms are terrible. Ac is there but you don’t get the remote to control it. Tv is there but it does not work. Windows don’t open.

Staff is good but hotel room ambience is not pleasent. Hotel owner need to work on this like bed sheets, curtuns, wall structure etc, for better stay experience.

It was horrible. Room pics shown and actual was different. I will recommend not to book hotel from make my trip. I am also deleting app today

Picture displayed was different & got room in besides hotel. No drinking water service. Even the bathroom condition was very poor & fittings were damaged, water was leaking. Tv was not on, after the request tv was started.

It was long weekend and no places were available so had to book this one. I had booked one standard room and it was ok but the staff and specially one lady i don't know was she owner, all were rude. There was no hot water. I was with my 3 yr old daughter and whenever we ask them for food milk for her they were like cook left the lodge and you won't get anything. And they never talk to you with smiley faces. It was worst experience
