very convenient room The staff are very pleasant and have good behaviour rooms are very clean and neat

Room was just ok ok not so great but there was ample car parking was available washroom needs to be improve

My stay at Shobha Elite was really good! The room is well maintained and the staff is really co-operative with us! There is language barrier here, good experience

Bedsheets were stained , tv tables were dusty , but wash room was clean. Wash room window was broken

Worst and rude service. I was trying to inform the hotel but no one responded. And when I checked in by 2pm they said there are no free rooms.After long conversation with make my trip , they arranged for a room but said it wasn't with A/C but I had booked for AC room. All in all very very poor management !

Clean and hygiene is maintained all time, beautiful smile and immediate responses from the house keeping staff, cable tv is available round the clock, great responses from the desk support. Overall I recommend for a budgeted 3 star with all amenities and restaurants available nearby, autostand, I would recommend an independent refrigerator is provided to each room would be very much satisfying

Value for money! the rooms were simple and okay. Bathroom taps leaking, bed linen could be neater. Check with the reception for neat rooms upfront. Pleasant staff. Excellent location with shops, bus stops and restaurants around. Suitable for a couple of days stay.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, unhygienic. Can find hairs every were. No towels given. Bedsheet also not cleaned.

Well maintained rooms

It's a nice hotel to stay the staff and management is very nice they provide good service to customers this is good according to safety even girls alone can stay there safely. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members.

The sheets were very dirty and there was dirt on the floor which wasn't cleaned before the check in.

Excellent location. Hotels, juice centres, sweet shops, branded& normal textile, jewellery shops, hospitals, stationery, toys, grocery everything available in walkable distance. Room service available. Staff are helpful.

The hotel is pleasant, but lacks a window in the room with a view rest just take care of booking an ac room in the summer and it's easy to locate and is in the center for easy commute.
