Very bad experience. There is mentioned the price at hotel dashboard was only and you have charged its very wrong not match your business aprt from that there were no water, no bed sheet, pillow covers and every thing was dirty plus they given old and discarded bed sheets say if you want to say need to make your bed. Every thing was surprise Also note that there was no shop in bathroom and no towel in place. This is absolutely disaster. When we speak to staff they had told me if you are able to make your own bed than make it otherwise i will not make your bed.

The hotel is very dirty. Hygiene issues licensed liqueur shop below the hotel beds sheet & pillows are completely old no change the hotel buckets & mug are full of just no soap, drinking water & towel facility. Cartons are cut by mouse a lot of mouses are inside the hotel. What else i can write.

2 Km away from Dwarkadhish Mandir, but in Hotel address mentioned Near, I have to book another cab to reach this location, the main issue is cleanliness, I have booked 3 AC room but in the hotel provide me only 2 Ac room and charged extra for 3rd one, location is good but service is very bad, Only thing I was happy - Sacsena ji, very nice Man.

Hotel amenities was very worse. I will never stay in this third class hotel. And it is very worse for make my trip connects such a bad hotel.

Overall satisfactory, hotel AC was working at least.

Very much noise and dirty place. Remove this hotel from the MMT.

Good budget hotel in Mathura.

Rooms were not for three person. Toilet not clean. All over bad experience.

Not good hotel. Very dirty room and washroom was also very dirty. But hotel manager was very helpful he is good man. Location was good it is situated near old bus stand.

People were nice But expected much better service in comparison to money. No food is available. No parking facility is available. Was made to park in the railway parking the entire night. Ambience is also not good

At The entrance of the hotel is wine shop. All types of people are gathered there. So for female guest not comfortable. Rest Room is value for money and worth money. No proper car parking is there. Staff at the reception was good.

The hotel is nice. Except that there is no water cooler and some of the infrastructure problems like rusted taps etc, everything is good You can definitely try it. Its value for money. Overall I will rate it 4/5.

There are all feachers good than others. Room and room service is too Good. Staff members sportive at 24 hours. Room and bathroom both are clean, But train were running beside hotel then room vibrated that time.

Except for some rodents roaming around the dormitory area, everything was just super fine right from the hotel location to the service from pantry staff or the manager, Saxena Uncle himself. You all for anything and he's there more than happy to help you. This is probably the best stay if you're looking for something value for money.

Location of hotel is not good. They are not keeping it very clean. Not a pleasant stay overall and surroundings are too bad for a hotel. I am not recommending to choose this hotel if you are on a trip.

Rats are in room and it's **** our bags :( and got hot water thats we are fine, and for safety is okei we are afraid ed to keep our bags but nothing happened. For group traveler and just low price room it is fine. Cleaning is poor. Bathrooms are common. We hated it :(

Very nice hotel and manager was very friendly and helpful, he guided also, hotel near to all tourist attractions, near to Mathura station and old and new bus stand area, market just below to all facilities, budget

I am not satisfied with the services or cleanliness of the hotel or room. Food's also was very quality less. I will never suggest to any one to go at there. If you are planning with your family. Please see some other hotel at there.

I have lost my faith on make my trip, one of the worst hotel I have ever been. The room was a dormitory and just adjacent to the railway yard resulting to enormous noise whole night. Also there was wine shop just below/ ground floor of the hotel where people shouted whole night. The services offered by the hotel was worst.
