The Shantham Service Apartments staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel truly welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and we loved the Environment and Food delivery is available and located at good place.

Unfriendly staff. They had no records of our booking and we waited for 45 mins to checkin. Rooms were ok and had running hot water.

The place is right next to highway but no noise since the room well insulated. The service is par but don't expect too much. If you prefer to do vacation around coimbatore, pollachi, palakkad then it's a right choice.

Hot water was only dripping too slow towel was smelling bad cot was noisy sounds in the night overall poor

it was an nice experience. guest treated way is excellent. hotel is located in very calm place. suitable for family also. nice 👌. yes... i will plan my next trip also in same hotel.. especially that amma taking care of guest is very polite manner.. room is average.. tea & coffee maker is missing.. other than this, all okcost also little bit more... including gst, it will come. but the room is not worthy for that..

Stay was very pleasant. Very good hygeine. Excellent care takers. Neat rooms. Only minus is availability of good food.
