Excellent Stay
The resort is located 3 km away from Guhaghar beach and is easily approachable by road. The resort offers basic amenities, a swimming pool, and luxurious rooms. The rooms are spacious, but in-house tea-coffee is not offered. Breakfast has a nice spread and is tasty. The resort is located next to a lake, which is soothing and quiet.

Average Stay
Amazing location near the guhagar lake. Rooms are small and little inconvenient for a family of 2 with 1 or 2 kids. Be ready for mosquito attack once you reach there. Food is average.

Good lo-ca
The location is good, need to manage the swimming pool. The service is fast and the food is good. I would suggest to provide a small refrigerator in the room and the parking area can be managed well, there was water hence could not park my car properly. Thanks.

A lake side resort for weekend l.
familyThe property is a great place to spend leisure time with family and friends. Good ambience and in nature. The food in the restaurant is also good. The staff is very friendly. The beach is 15 mins drive from the resort. The swimming pool is clean and enough to accommodate 10 people at a time.

Poor Stay
Hotel is not up to mark as per cost of hotel. Very disappointing room structure. Wifi is poor as no wifi service. Room cleaning is very poor. Very old covers of pillows. All in one is very disappointing. Only manager behaviour is good.

Unhappy with the Resort
In the room they don’t give complimentry Water bottle; it needs to purchased. Blankets were smelling badly…not at all worth against the room price

As mentioned during the booking process, the reservation was made for two adults in a room designed for six adults, potentially leading to a perception of a higher rate. Unfortunately, no other rooms were available online at that time. In an effort to accommodate you better, our staff provided a more suitable couple's room. If your experience still fell short of expectations, we sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction. Poor Stay
Booking was made for 6 adults and 3 children. They allotted us duplex deluxe cottage which was not suitable at all for two families to use it. Its more for family of 2 children. Making it really difficult to stay in tithe complex. On request they did accommodate into other single rooms but charges us extra 2000. This did not feel right in terms of checking in as the duplex room should not have appeared in combination to fit 6 adults. That is wrong representation of facts and i feel like cheated embarrassed with my friend group!

Excellent Stay
The resort is surrounded by the beautiful lake and very scenic place for a staycation. The resort's staff are very polite and cooperative. I would recommend this place as a must to stay when you plan to visit chiplun. Guhagar beach is so calm and clean. All stars to this place. Thanks

Peaceful stay
It was a nice experience, place is green and a big lake alongside makes it more pleasant. The beach and vyadeshwar temple is 10 mins away by car they had good variety of food in restaurant.

Great lake resort

Tranquility by the lake
familyThis resort is situated about 10 mins before the Guhagar beach with the entry signaled by a board right on the highway. The place itself is massive, bordering a beautiful and serene lake. The location just can't be more beautiful. The property itself is laid out very well, with rooms right alongside the lake, with a massive garden in the center bordered by cottages on the right. The staff here are very helpful, right from the reception to the kitchen. The breakfast spread was good, although I would definitely recommend bringing up the quality and quantity of the rest of the meals as they were just about ok. Also, if possible would recommend introducing maharashtrian thalis in the meal as options as that would complete the konkan experience. A small adventure park for the children right inside the premises, with a sperate parking make this a complete stay.

Excellent Stay
Excellent location. Tasty food. Courteous staff. Seren lake and great near by places to explore. Overall very good package. Excellent place to relax, rewind and rejuvenate. Manager onkar oak is very welcoming with pleasing personality. Property is surrounded by coconut trees and 2 very old a most 80-100 years old mango trees.

Good Stay
Property is very good. Rooms are decent. Food quality is good but use extra oil in punjabi dishes. Zunka bhakari was good. Lake side view is superb. Overall very good experience.

A hidden gem in konkan!
familyThis resort came in as a surprise. This is next to a serene sweet water lake just 5 mins drive before the guhagar beach. The property is big enough to spend good enough time around the coconut and mangoes trees inside the property itself. The lake surrounding the resort is with very clean transparent water and is truly a gem of the property. It was a very blissful experience for the family away from city. It took us around 5 and half hours to reach from pune to shantai resort, guhagar.
