Night guard is noncecse, he behaved very bad with me, never come again due to the guard, he was calling himself retired military and has treated us badly, room and room service was great

Great location, not in deep, fabulous rooms. Enough parking facility for both four wheelers and two wheelers. Enough spacious rooms. Proper order and arrangement of facilities in rooms

We were outside for some urgent piece of work at morning and were getting late for our Checkout at 12 noon but the front desk staff (Narender) showed a very professional gesture and arranged our baggage in the waiting area so we wouldn’t pay anything extra for our unnecessary stay. Thank you for this lovely experience and we gonna stay there again and again whenever we go there, Thanks SHAKTI RESORT TEAM 🙏

Not a single facilities was there. I was bound to live there as payment was already made.it was disgusting nd bad experience to stay there I will never suggest anybody to stay there.

The hotel has very old rooms which were not very well maintained. There were leakages in the room. It was not at all upto the mark but just justifying its charge. Locating the hotel was easy. They have a parking in the hotel. Overall just an average stay it was.

With a few initial hiccups and issues, the overall experience was good. Thanks to the manager, with his behaviour he can win hearts.

Swasth bharat to be introduced in this hotel. Location is very nice. I used to stay in this hotel from 2012. Hotel slowly forgotten the cleaning habit on daily basis. All furnishings to be replaced ,. But in that area, it is some what good hotel

First, I want start hotel location, hotel location is reachable to all travelers. Hotel ground is very large and service standard of hotel of very good. Hotel cleanliness is really good. All staff of hotel is very cooperative. Hotel tariff is not very high but need some correction in tariff but overall, experience of stay in this hotel is good.

While the outdoor lawns and amenities are maintained well and restaurant food is good. Rooms are of old finishesh not renovated over a period of time and also poorly maintained,
