Small but well maintained property. The pool size is small but overlooks the river, which is amazing experience.

Such a relaxing ambience and good host. We enjoyed in the pool and they provided tasty breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay, Goan heritage home, hygiene and cleanliness was maintained.

It is very difficulty to operate even the doors and taps thus much old it was,room and bathroom with inappropriate cleanliness,poor bed quality

lace of service given they have not clean our room not changed bedsheet and towels,no tv,no wifi,no power backup and lack of quality of food and staff told us to don't bring the bottle of you want to drink bring can only

Place is very peaceful.and we are staying 2days very comfortable and house feel.there person taking care is personally.we are very happy 😊

stay was good other things also i didn't like the rules of breakfast because breakfast till 8'o clock it was not ready as per me breakfast should be ready by 7am we just asked for tea but the staff said that it was chargeable so this was the bad experience i had...blankets were very small not comfortable for two people...rest all good and view was good...and stay also

Room was well arranged and clean the pool area was good the service or the staff was a bit slow , we checked out early morning so nobody was there for us to ask out and give away the keys

Restroom is in bad condition and not clean. Room also very dust and all old furniture’s. Waste of money.
