very good very pleasant nice environment

We had one night stay at home stay serenipidity. Firstly the location is sit-tong 2 and is far away from kurseong town. The road is very bad. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. The place is in remote village, justifying its name. The concept of duplex is quite unique and we loved it. The food was good but expensive. However the home stay needs development in few areas which we (a family with 2 kids)felt is much required. 1. There should be room heater to beat spine chilling winter. 2. Power back up is very much required as the place gets frequent electricity cut off. We could not charge our phone for long. 3. Room service facilities should be much more professional and prompt. 4. Scope of beautification is there at the surroundings of the home stay.

Very nice vewpoint. But room is chepest, and electricity problem, service is not aspect, behaviour humble.

First, this homestay is in shitttong 2 and not in kurseong. this is run by a bunch of young boys. Service at best was okay. Third, the location is in a very secluded place. No restaurant or even roadside food is not available. Since it is a remote place, the wifi connection is very poor and mobile connection is patchy. The drivers are generally provided a reasonable accommodation in these homestays but our driver had to sleep in his car and when it got too cold he had to make do in a room unfit for a restful sleep we booked for two nights but checked out after the first night.

There was no attendant properly. You will not get any morning tea. You have-to request them several times for each and everything. Room is pretty but nobody takes care about cleaning the toilet. You cant find any assistance regarding anything.

good location, little costly food, even mineral water is not available instantaneously. but it's a true offbeat destination.

Location - Extremely remote area with the approach road conditions are worse than hell. Amenities - Nothing. No basic wardrobe or almirah. No basic toiletries. No adequate lighting facility. Whatever mentioned in the MMT booking are almost 90% wrong. Food - The food was all right in quality and in quantity. Although no kitchen is available, the food was delivered from a roadside small eatery, far away from the place. Service - Below pathetic. Dirty pillow covers, bed covers. What they are trying we don't know. I've forfeited one day's boarding and returned (escaped) Siliguri for boarding my flight. I was not sure wheather they are capable enough to provide me proper transportation. The people looking after the property are absolutely unprofessional in their attitude and activities.

I liked the photos and description. However, the location was not accurately mentioned. But it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were responsive, excellent food delivered in room. Enjoyed excellent scenic view from the room, you can get free wifi while all the basic amenities were in place. A nice place to stay a couple of days who want to get relief in nature, away from the din and bustle of the cities.

Beautiful property, polite staff, friendly manager. Great food and stunning mountain views. Peaceful stay!

I’m shay-an sankar roy. The homestay was great but there are some problems that owner and the staff to resolve. There is nothing around the hotel. Not a single tapri so staff and owner should install a stall near their homestay for needs. There is not a heater in the room so anybody comes in winter it will be hard to survive, there’s no laundry service and also not a dryer so these things should be change. Otherwise there is a mesmerising view from homestay. Also it is on sit-tong so if you come by motorcycle please ride with ease and drive safely, because the road was not that safe one. In this homestay food is very good and also dinesh the caretaker is very friendly so he will co-operate if you have any problems.

Resort is situated at lovely location ,no crowd, peaceful place.

Nice place, cozy stay, great view, staffs are very helping, owner is also very friendly, reachable distance from kurseong.

The stay was awesome as the suite was excellent. Very cosy and comfortable. If you really want an encounter with nature in true sense, do visit serendipity, both the host rohit & dinesh were excellent. I will like to come back soon. Good luck team serendipity and best wishes.

I felt quite difficultly in finding the property's location. The location shown in the google maps is quite inaccurate. We should go quite forward after reaching google location. After reaching there, they only carried our luggages till room. The room was really good. Bathroom is also good. Viewing from the room is great. They will provide snacks & dinner by paying money, that is also very tasty. I really felt very happy. But the property is very far from the main city. Keep that in mind before booking.

Great location can have some more options in food though! a chair on the balcony in definitely recommend

Great ambiance. Good staff. Dinesh bhaiya was an amazing host. The rooms and the view was beyond splendid. Had an amazing time.

Location was far from town, very peaceful, road condition at the moment is not good, seen lots of birds around the property, property is good but not furnished up to the expectations. Food served was okay. All the staffs were very helpful and responsive.
