The staff is extremely friendly, my check in and check out was very smooth. The private beach of this property is beautiful and ideal for a beach side walk. Except a wonky internet and WiFi that needs to be connected repeatedly everything else is good.

Stayed for one night with family. It's a beautiful property with beach access. Rooms are spotlessly clean with modern interior and amenities. All staffs are very cordial and helpful. My family enjoyed the stay very much.

Food,amenities & services are excellent. The staff are very cordial. I will definitely recommend to others for the property.

Good property with access to the beach though the beach is rocky so one can't swim there.However they have a very clean pool which can be utilised. Rooms are also very neat and clean with modern amenities. The breakfast spread is also very good. The property is near to the lakshmanpur beach 1.

Sea Shell Samssara what a great property with an heritage architecture and very friendly staff. It had a unique swimming pool where you could spend time in water and also have drinks. The beach. Attached is a good place to relax. Listen to the waves and also a nice place for photo shoots all in all it was a pleasant stay very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Samsarra I believe is the best property on neil - we stayed for 2 nights and we were happy with room and the breakfast, pool was good and lakshmanpur beach from property was just awesome.. although Island is really small it is really near to lakshmanpur sunset beach ... staff were awesome with their service.

the best resort in Neil Island, good cosy rooms, though small sized. very good food, good breakfast too. has a small beach linked to the property, but this is a rocky beach.

Pros: 1. The property is nice. Nice swimming pool and the resort has a private beach access. 2. Activities provided were also nice and we enjoyed the forest hike and star gazing activities a lot. Cons: 1. However, the service is very poor and the hotel staff is not well trained. 2. The service staff in the restaurant never clean the tables and do not follow hygiene rules. The food is below average. 3. The housecleaning is also irregular, i'd blame management for this. 4. The tv did not have a cable network, wifi was not available most of the time. 5. We gave a few clothes for laundry and all the white clothes came back having different colours. When asked for a re-laundry, we were told that it's not possible. Overall, we found the resort to be highly overpriced compared to the level of service it provided. I'd not return to this resort again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I must say One of The Best Property in whole Neil Island or you can say One of the Best in whole Andaman.. Stayed There for 2Day. Pros. 1.Staff were so cooperative. 2.(Rooms-The Main Highlight of The Resort) Rooms were so so clean, Big and Lavish. 3.Room Service. 4.Food at the Restaurant.. 5.Private swimming pool 6.Private Beach(stay there and relax near beach) 7.Nearest to Laxmanpur Beach1 famous for sunset. Cons. Not a single con I could find out. Will always be on my priority list when I visit again.

Hotel should improve the scenic beauty of hi-tel access to beach. Food was very taste and kid friendly food was also available, amenities were also good. Staff service was also excellent.

This is a beautiful resort towards eastern side of the island. The food, vibes, hospitality, facilities- everything is amazing!

Good property and good staff. Tasty and variety in breakfast. One can definitely go for it. Nice connected private beach.

The property itself is quite beautiful and tastefully done up. There are two room categories which are similar in size and layout but only differ in view. Once we checked in, we requested to pay the difference and be moved to another room as we were originally above the rooms of a HIGHLY loud and chatty group that we had previously encountered on the trip. Go prepared to have NO cell phone connectivity and also a WiFi service that doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel. When we requested the person at reception to restart the internet as we were expecting visitors and couldn’t reach them, they said that they couldn’t. Which is really odd. It’s a literal switch off and on of a button. They serve breakfast until 10am and also expect you to check out by 10. When they called on the day of check out and we requested a noon check out as we wanted to swim, and knowing fully well that they had very limited occupancy and bookings, they flatly refused, saying we could exit by 11:30 at the latest. Honestly, 30 minutes would have made no difference to them but they chose not to grant us that. Their hospitality and courtesy skills can use some help.
