Since you were given the room in the 3rd floor, the pressure of the water is less, hence you faced the health faucet not working. Pathetic rooms and services. Water seepage on walls, no ventilation and smelly washroom. Value for money is nil. Not recommended to visit

Thanks for your rating and review. All rooms are air conditioned, so we do not have ventilation in the rooms. Since during rainy days, the walls in the rooms happen to be like seepage, but its not actually seepage, but due to the climate.

Memorable stay
businessProperty walking distance from the railway station. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very co operative plus food served was good.

Very bad experience, there's no internet in their wifi, room cleaning is not proper, complimentary water is only half litre

Terrible Stay
businessHotel staff was not friendly. Intercom was not working and didn't repair even after informing them. Tv was not working and got fixed after informing. The tv remotes were in pathetic condition. They said hot water will be available after 7am but there was no hot water, had to manage bath with cold water. This hotel is utter waste for the price they are charging.

Not expectations as per cost, cost is high, not well cleaned. Not providing water, towels sopes and hot water

You booking was a non ac room that's why ac room was not provided which was the difference of opinion at the time of check in at the front desk. Anyhow, we will take care of the same. Poor Stay
The hotel room was unclean, there was a stench in the room and no exhaust in the bathroom. Moreover, no water was given in the room to drink. The next morning, in the name of complimentary breakfast, they served roadside food packed in plastic and paper! against all politeness and courtesy, the hotel staff was rude. The moment we checked in, late at night, we were told to vacate the room the next morning at 10 am as if we were not aware of it.

Need improvement
Place is for one day only, no proper services, hotel worth was only of 600 rs per room staff was good at reception food was also good only room condition was not as per expectation and also washroom was not much clean

Average Stay
Hotel is very conveniently located very near to chennai central. Best location. Room is ok, furniture looks old. Bathroom hygiene conditions are not satisfactory. A/c was working well but after it was stopped, water leakage started from a/c. Food was ok. Fresh bed sheets was not provided. For one night stay it is ok.

Near by central and hot of the down. Comfort to reach par-is and near by places. Room size is very smaller. Thats an issue.

My most terrible experience ever, i travel a lot but this hotel is extremely terrible in terms of infrastructure and staff.

Terrible Stay
Hotel is very old and not maintained at all. Services are very poor, i requested thrice for door issue however no one responded. Morning breakfast was also average. Hotel is not providing single bottle of drinking water complimentary.
