Review Of SANCHARI RESORT AND RESTAURANT UNIT II UDAYON

I have given 1 ratings as unable to give 0, if that option is available i would have given that. I would recommend other fellow travellers to stay away from this property if you are thinking of staying there. 'sanchari resort and restaurant' is very badly managed property all though it has the facilities. Few key points which attributed to this poor ratings. 1. Bed mattress is very bad, started having back pain. 2. Restaurant food quality is very poor, food are very tasteless and they also use artificial color in food. 3. We ordered dinner at 08:45pm and after repeated followups they delivered food at room at 10:30pm. Kitchen is under staffed and very unprofessional behaviour as they continuously telling lies that the our room order has left kitchen whereas they haven't prepared our ordered food. 4. The manager is very inefficient in handling full occupancy during push mela and we have seen he was shouting on his staff in front of the boarders.

Property, room was good. Service was average. Restaurant food was average. Sweemingpool was not maintained properly.

It’s good resorts and behaviour of the staff and food quality are very very good. Overall everything is appreciable always.

Food is pathetic. None of the items listed in the menu is available. Room service is horrible

The property is newly made and still under construction, hence the admistrative part is very weak. The food is not up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast spread is not at at all good. Only few items. Repeated everyday. No innovative items on special occasions. Property location is good and very near to sonajhuri haat.

Everything is perfect there. Like entrance to a room, everything is super. Specially thanks to mr. Imranul haque.
