Review Of BONOLATA BAGANBARI

Bonolata bagsnbari is an extremely unprofessional property in shantiniketan. Inspite of booking room with complimentary breakfast services they refused to provide any breakfast to the customer. The rooms were not properly cleaned during check in time with blood stains in the bedsheet. I would highly not recommend this place to anyone who travels to shantiniketan in future.

The size of the rooms are too small.. There was no privacy.. one can hear everything from the next room. No lift facility also there.. but the services and behaviour of the staff are quite descent.

Single room booking at tarapith

It was an excellent staying. The ambience was very good.The behaviour of the staff was too good. The quality of the food was very good. The overall experience was awesome.

We reached there in the morning and requested for early check in which could not be arranged. They said if we do early check in they will provide us with a smaller room which we were not willing considering we had paid for a roomwe came back in the evening. The road outside is dark. Hotel should arrange for some lights on the road. It was very muddy considering it had rainedwe checked in. Room was quite small. No seating arrangement inside the room, no exhaust fan in the washroom. So it stays wetrestaurant is not yet functional. So all dinner orders are taken before 7 pm without any menu card which is also not printedwe had asked for an early dinner but after reminding food came at 9the main problem was with billing of the dinner next day at time of check outthey are providing a bill for the food with no service tax in the bill. But slapping an arbitrary service charge extra of 20percent. When asked to incorporate it in the bill, they changed the food amount and again made a mistake charging 40percent extra. The third time around they charged 10percent extra that too by changing food prices. This is highly unprofessional considering they are a big hotelotherwise stay was ok
