Poor Stay

Rooms are not as good as expected. The price for 6 Persons ( Two Rooms ) for two Non AC rooms. it is 1.5 Kms away from Iscon main gate. As the property is located at the extreme end and near the open field area so lots of insects are coming to rooms after the evening. Bed Sheet & Towels are unhygienic ( Color Bedsheets are used ) . Even Cobwebs are present in rooms and window covers. The staff are good. No Food available at the property, they bring it from outside with extra cost. Not recommended for anyone. Lots of accommodation available near Iscon in direct booking with 40% price of that.

No facilities have been provided which is mentioned This is a very long distance from ishkon main temple to this hotel, Every walk we have been paid local vehicles fares Rs, 30/- per trip. Now come to the hotel they didn't provide any WiFi, room Tv, and drinking water also every time we have requested for the drinking water. As a human being we rate this experience an average but the reality is it's actually very Poor in this price range we expected more fineness! That's all

My recent stay at this guest house was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The property is in a deplorable condition — poorly maintained, unhygienic, and completely lacking in basic amenities. There was absolutely no service or staff assistance provided throughout the stay, which reflects a serious lack of management and professionalism. This establishment should not be advertised as a guest house until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking here.

the room is not same as we have seen in booking time it's quality is very poor it's called deluxe room but it's condition is so bad. there are. no table in the room and there is no blankets here . they did not provide any kind of service. service is very bad. no hot water available.

During my recent stay, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff displayed very polite and welcoming behavior, making me feel at home. Not comfortable . Every essential amenities are to be asked then urgued eg gyser ,mineral waters ,water mug in toilet, no communication facility in room. Even checkout time does not as per booking details.No dining room as such.
