Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room condition was very poor as it was not clean, the furniture and fittings seemed worn out, and overall it did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The ambiance of the property was also below expectations, and did not provide the comfortable, relaxing environment we were hoping for. This was meant to be a pleasant trip with my partner, but the quality of accommodation negatively impacted our experience. I request you to review this property’s listing to ensure future guests have accurate information before booking. I hope you will take appropriate action and, if possible, provide a resolution for this inconvenience.

Rooms are not tidy... room service noone answers the calls.. the view from window is terrible... seems like a dumping area

Inside room lot of smoking smell was there, when informed to manager he didn’t provided any replacement room! also no hand towels, toiletries provided after check in and bed mattress was in tarnished condition

At midnight staff was not allowing me to check in due to offline occupancy done by hotel and there were no facility of hot water

Pleasant and soothing experience because of the greenery around and the room was decent. Food was okay not that great not bad either

Hotel sai place is a perfect hangout/destination for people who want to relax, rejuvenate and soothe their nerves in the lap of nature away from the bustling crowd and screaming traffic jams. Nestled in the woods leading to the hills, it is the ideal place for people in the city to ensconce themselves in the canopy of green and have a pleasant day with their families during the weekends in their neighbourhood and not travel too far caught in traffic jams. So yes, i would recommend hotel sai palace as the perfect weekend getaway for both young and adult alike!

Manager was so rude. I was 2person booking. He said only one can stay. I f aught to them. No guest allowed in room. What is use of hotel room

It was a beautiful stay with good service and staff was also cooperative. Food was good too. We didn't face any issues during our stay at sai palace

Hotel is advisable to improve hygiene inside the room. When we entered, the smell of smoking was very bad and then we asked to spray the perfume to get it reduced.

I would love to go this place and i recommend its very nice and beautiful clean and neat and helping staff
