the stay was okay. the room was spacious however the lighting in the room along with the ambience was quite average. the lighting in the room was quite bad too!

Stay was amazing.Rooms were neat and clean. Food is also great.

Food not good but expensive, Bad Odour in bathroom and no dental kits etc not a good stay.

Westen Inn stay is cool n pleasent. Counter staff is very helpful and informative. Main thing is food quality is amazing. Very good 👍

There are cockroach all over. The bedsheets are dirty and stinky. The hotel staff is not ready to clean room even after requesting. Please refund my money or at-least change my hotel

When i saw the review of staff rudeness i hesitated but they were polite and service was also good.

It was a nice experience ? the staff if mm t was very good and helped me customise my dates as there was an emergency at home so couldn’t use the earlier booking date but the team helped me instantly

Recently stayed at Hotel Western Inn and had a great experience. The hospitality was exceptional. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, offering good value without compromising on quality. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service, affordable dining, and clean accommodations. Good hotel, good service, very large room, washroom is very clean. I was staying in western inn for 10 days. It was good to stay in hotel.

Everything was good. Will re-visit in future if ever visited to mumbai. Services can be improved for customers to have best experience.

The rooms were big but were average, for the price we pay it’s expected that rooms don’t stink, the washroom was kind of stinking and was not that clean. Toothbrush and paste were not provided. Talking of the breakfast, the restaurant starts after 10. 30 which is too late. So for the price i feel they should also provide breakfast.

The property is suitably located. The staff were helpful and courteous. They do have restaurant and the food was good. The room was clean, there were mosquitoes in the reception area, but not in the rooms. They had however provided mosquito e repellent in the room. I had ordered chinese food, the quality and quantity was good. I would certainly recommend this to others.

The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The only flaw this time was. It was full of mosquitoes. Even in the bathroom there were a lot of mosquitoes
