The property does not look like what is there in the picture. The mattresses are so hard it causes my neck strain. TV is not in working condition. Property is shabby; not worth the price. The only good part was the caretaker, who was cordial.

Good, decent stay and had no problems during my stay. I had booked for 4dqys and the caretaker is also reliable.

I check in at 3 but the door was locked for 5 hour they said they was no key they made me wait till 9 and i booked with breakfast and they was no breakfast available it was a worst service. I have in this trip

No safety, building ke ander 2bhk flat hai, jisme 2 guest rakha tha, night me direct room servent key se door open karke ander a gaya, tha ander se lock karne ka normal lock nai hai

Everything was worst. Rooms are not that much good even there was 2 different bed joint which was very uncomfortable

Stayed there for a day. Location was provided well beforehand so finding out the hotel wasn't a issue. Experienced good hospitality and service from the caretaker.

The overall experience at anup apartments was good. Hygiene & cleanliness was maintained. Since it is centrally located, proximity for all shopping & restaurants is very easy
