Same details as previously mentioned, improve the staff services, add the proper location, basic reception should be there, contact details so that we can contact them, it should mention that it's a sharing apartment, room cleaning should be done daily, bedroom linen should be changed and fresh towels should be given, staff should listen to the guest, staff should not use guest areas, staff should not call their guest and sit at the guest area and enjoy their time instead of attending guest request, staff should be polite.
Staff is very rude anything you ask for everything is chargeable including the breakfast if you are given omelette which the staff said is included the next day he says it is chargeable tea and coffee is included next day he says coffee is chargeable everything the staff give reason that this is chargeable chargeable as if we were staying free of cost. Staff was smoking in the guest area and had called his guest for drinks n were sitting in common area n were staring at us whenever we used to go out and come in like we are some weird or came from another planet.After extended my stay for 1 more night I paid cash and no invoice or any documentation was given for the same that I have done the payment.Training should be given, and yes took us half an hour to get the proper location there is no reception nothing the owners phone is switched off no other contact to contact the property or anybody related to my booking and MakeMyTrip assistance support also could not help us like going to a different city and this what response you get is like that also I reached early morning and no assistance no contact details nothing.
