    Rude Morning Receptionist Behaviour

    Everything was good the room, service and even food also. But the reception person (morning shift) have some attitude problem. He doesn’t even know how to talk with guests. Today morning i have checked out from Hotel around at 6 o’clock morning. I have reached at the reception and found no one was there i have called for the same there 5-6 times but now one responding, since i have a train to catch at 7 o’clock morning hence i was in a bit hurry. When i have entered the lift the guy from the washroom comes up and starring at me, as soon as i saw him i told him that i am going to checking out & since no one was there hence i left my keys on the reception desk. Please note: I don’t have any pending bills incl. food and others for due that’s why i left only the key. But that guy instead of calm response he rudely told me that it’s only 1 minute i was not there and hence arguing with me on this and give me a bold rude attitude look. I was really disappointed with that guy behaviour. I thought sagarika regency situated in the heart-of city will be very much pleasant from all prospect but that moment really hurt me. Please educate that guy so that he can understand how to talk with Guests and behave.

    Good location in the centre of town. Food was fair. Amenities were also acceptable but the hotel has poor maintenance. Ac fault, electricity problems, red ants in room, problems with hot water, flush problems etc etc. Toilets are clean but not practical. Odd places to hang clothes in some toilets. I would not say these were very troublesome but would be better to have these sorted before guests are allowed in these rooms. My stay was 25 to 27 dc 2024

    A good hotel in silchar

    The location of this hotel is good, but the hotel's facade is covered by a mall. They upgraded my room because the category of the room that i booked was not available. My room was good. The room service was also good. However, on both days, the breakfast did not start on time. Even after 8:30 am, all items were not available. This created problems because i had to start my journey by 9 am. Otherwise, i liked the hotel.

    A horrible stay i ever experienced

    There was no hot water in the bathroom. Repeated complaints were made. Housekeeping staff came and asked me to wait for 15 mins. I waited for 45 mins but i did not get hot water. They charge exorbitantly but do not provide the basic service. This wasn’t my first stay. Every time i find something lacking. The management it seems only interesting in making the charges high but ignore that they must provide the service. Poor management.

    I reached the hotel at 9. 00 pm after a hard day's work, to my surprise the receptionist told me that they don't have any booking since they have been sold out since yesterday. It was mmt's fault to give you the booking. They will refund you. I am using mm t frequently, being a valued customer of mm t i deserve to know your reaction on this. My future course of action will depend on your reply.

    Rude reception staff! unprofessional!

    I am staying in this hotel for the last 4 days. When i checked in the lift was not working and they people at the property told me that it will be fixed in a day. Today is my 4th day in this unfortunate hotel and still the lift is not fixed. Lack of professionalism by staff. at the reception has no knowledge about how a hotel staff should behave. I requested her for a pen and 10 a4 size papers to note down some stuff. She rudely replied that she can provide only 2 a4 size papers. The ac in the room is never working. I requested the house keeping staff to fix my ac at 9. 30am in the morning when i was told there is a problem with the mcb and it will take 15 mins to fix, it was 3. 30pm when the ac got fixed. In between i made at-least 15-20 calls to raise the complaint but to no avail. I must say one of the most 3rd class hotels i have even checked in.
