Memorable Stay
groupI recently stayed at Mariposa and had an overall pleasant experience. The property was excellent, the caretakers and chef were attentive, and the house was beautiful and immaculately clean. Food was great. However, there was an issue that nearly marred our trip. Just as we were on our way to the property, the saffron stay team had called to inform us of a power outage at the property and suggested we cancel our trip. The timing of this notification was quite inconvenient. This last-minute notification felt very unprofessional and left us scrambling to make alternate plans. We felt that the saffron stay team-could have informed us about the power issue earlier, rather than waiting until the last minute to communicate such important information. Despite this, we decided to proceed with our stay, and the resort managed to handle the power situation with a generator. In the end, the staff's efforts to accommodate us and maintain a high standard of service in challenging circumstances were commendable. This hiccup aside, we had a great time and appreciated the hospitality. Overall, the dedication and professionalism of the staff at the property made our stay remarkable,
