Average location, but good hos
the rooms are not as described in the picture, after seeing the pictures we had opted for a triple AC deluxe room,however the size of room was too small. host is cooperative and provided all necessary amenities upon request. Though the Location of the homestay is near to Katra railway station but it's located in the interior areas , hence car parking is a big issue.

Terrible Stay
Hospitatily is terrible. Way of treating guest is very rude. No support system to carry luggage especially for elderly persons

The owner was helpful. They also served food that wasn't included in the ticket. The price was a little more than normal and it tasted a little bland too but overall i say it's good experience

It could have been the Voltage issue in Katra during peak summers or a problem with the machine. We, have now changed the AC unit and have additional power supply connection for some of the rooms after your feedback. We hope the free shuttle service was helpful for travel in Katra. Good customer service
The care take was good and he came to pick us up at the bus stand on time. He was very helpful. He was giving us all the information regarding vaishnavi devi trek. Which we liked it very much. We were about to go the next bit but because of his information we travel-led at night. And that was the best decision.
