    Disastrous stay

    Location - on mmt, the map shows the location right in the city center. In actual the hotel is situated 17km away from the city. Amenities - bathtub - cracked, shower holder - broken, telephone set - kept hidden in the drawers - not working services - there were used shampoo sachets lying in the bathroom. We asked for sleepers, they provided us a used pair. I walked to the reception in the morning for getting a drinking water bottle - reception locked, no one there. Food - on the breakfast table, we asked for a second cup of coffee - they refused saying that we only give once. The hotel claims to be a 4 star property, even the sky there didn't have 4-stars.
