Hotel Edisson

The rooms were in a pathetic condition. There was seepage all over the walls. The response was very poor and staff didn’t have any courtesies. The manager had no idea what was happening. Overall a poor show. I am frequent traveler and rely on MMT for hotels and flights. Now after this incident, i have to be more cautious while selecting hotels from MMT

Room service and amenity was not very hygienic lot of dust and basic need items were missing.Also Food price was very high in restaurant.

Stay is overall ok breakfast is very late mineral water is not served intercom not responded food is good

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Edison in Patiala. The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. The food was delicious, offering a great mix of local and continental options. The location is convenient, close to key spots in the city yet peaceful. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended for anyone visiting Patiala.

Very disappointing stay. The room had no ventilation, smelled bad, and felt damp with moisture. The linen was dirty and clearly not fresh. Definitely not as shown in the pictures. Would not recommend.no chair, hairdryer noimi ba

Hotel boy Ankit misbehaved with me. Intercom was not working. Superior room did not have any window leave aside terrace. When I questioned firmly, he patted his leg and said. come I will arrange refund. Bring your own luggage down. Tone was very aggressive. Happend in front of my wife and adult daughter. The lady at reception pleaded me to stay, also volunteered to share owners number. I was dead tired to fight. my room was changed to executive. Never experienced such behavior in my life. tried calling MMT but series of voice instructions. His attitude was aa batata hun. I need an answer.

very congested rooms and common places. not upto the mark for such a high price. the room we got could be gotten easily for rs.1500-2000 in other hotels in the same area. not value for money at all.

The staff is very bad and some places were very dusty.

The hotel is under construction, lifts are not operational. We checked into the hotel at 7 pm and room allocated was already occupied. To get room cleaned and linen changed was a challenge
