Great disappointment

I was traveling with my wife and daughter. We decided to stay in palmdale resort in anticipation of luxurious stay like a resort. But this is resort only for namesake and actually it is a wedding venue/banquet. They also mentioned in the display board at entrance "palmdale banquet. When we entered it gave us a very bad feeling as work for going on to prepare the area for wedding party. No scenic beauty when we went for dinner and asked for restaurant, they asked to sit in the party hall and served dinner in a table lying there. There was no ac, wifi in the room. They told that ac was closed for the last six months and now they are going to make it functional. Very bad experience. As we trusted make my trip and booked this venue and for the shortcomings mm t is responsible. We demand for full refund of our money.

businessThis property is more catered towards wedding and events. It is located on highway 5 km out of city limits. There is nothing around. The reception is good but rooms are not clean. There were mosquitoes is my room. Wifi is not good they gave me a portable wifi without battery. Had to ask for charger twice. The AC is blue star brand with temperature controller but was non working. It did not maintain 24 degrees and room was cold. Upon complaining I was informed AC does only cooling and have to sleep with whatever available in room. During dinner ordered fresh lime soda sweet but it came salty. Overall avoid hotel in winter and as a solo or couple traveler.
