property is ok. hotel is clean, service is good, overall this is a good hotel for stay.

Dirty room , pillow, uncleaned bathroom, damaged mattress , suffocated room given , hot geaser no power supply, no TV working, rude behaviour of staff. I will never recommend this hotel, should give zero star ⭐ if available there

Service is so poor even no water in morning no electricity in night like so eww hotel i stayed for 3 days and I'm regretting it for wasting my money in hotel sunrise

The room is very small to stay comfortable.. In Room theri is no. Led tv to entertain. And theri is no Drinking water Facility.

The washroom was stinking badly. The AC did not have a remote, they have their different settings, even in this hot summer you have to ask multiple times then they will turn in the ac. They do not provide water. The room was not clean hairs all around. They are charging wuite high for these kind of rooms. Unsatisfied

1- Hotel receptionist very bad behaviour 2- Hotel Service very worst. 3- Hygeine not mentioned wall and floor totaly dusty . 4- Toilet flush system not working. 5-Hotel Staff was not supported. 6- I was trying so many time for Room key they didn't provide room key and Arrugument. 7- I was book online Hotel they provide hotel room Building at top Floor . I was asking that they told me this only for Non AC room . 8- Hotel property have another Room but they treat online booking like that's

room was very narrow...there is no ac remote fan regulator was not working...overall not so good

all matresses were torn, room was messy, very smelly was not able to sleep that night and manager was misbehaving.

I am very thankful to make my trip and team for booking my train tickets. My journey was very comfortable while I have faced some problem in sunrise hotel like: toilet seat wasn't working well, and hotel don't have any basic necessities like soap, sleepers and towel even the room was smelly which makes my night terrible. Location was average and return was good. Once again thanks to make my trip

Property was terrible in all respect. Cleanliness was as if hotel rooms were not cleaned for months. Toilets are terrible, Water heater was leaking. I am surprised that such a property is there

They told it's free wifi they didn't give the password.The TV is working only half.there is still remains of food waste under the table

Hotel rooms were good but room service was not upto the mark. Services can be improved to increase the ratings. Although, app is very easy to use. Booking hotels is very easy and reliable through the app.
