They have provided semi delux room costing with breakfast ,whereas you have charged for same facilities Kindly do needful

Room hygiene not satisfactory. Furnitures had dust. Floor mat dirty. Curtilary not clean. Washroom shower system not easy to operate.

Location,food and service was good. Parking space was limited.Had a issue in washroom. service boys were very professional.

Location wise the hotel is centrally situated at the middle of town, and every essential is just near to it..Food was great...Most importantly, the cleanliness of the hotel really impressed me.

Hotel was good. Room was neat and clean. Location was good. For food i had gone outside so no idea. Staff behaviour was good. Water heater juge was not there but when i called and ask, he provided me warm water in my room.

This is a new hotel in alipurduar. It has modern amenities compared with other established hotels. The food and service is also good. I would definitely refer this hotel to my friend circle.

Stayed in oct 2024 room are dirty not all are clean & as per the price also scam. Also i ask them to provide basic things like dental kit & soap bath they are not willing to poor quality

Worst food quality and waiter are uneducated. Breakfast quality and service was very very bad. Food price are higher as per quality complementary tea and coffee kits given at room are out dated and wet.

Complementary breakfast is very worst. Salt bottle are getting junked even salt are getting expired. Waiter behaviour is unmannered and untrained.

There is no proper fresh up kit no sleeper no tooth brush an all even there was open tee bag which was looks very unhygienic. Seriously this was pathetic
