No food in the hotel only lodging.location is good in the market.good and helpful staff.

The room was a little hot. Rest was okay.

Hotel is near the main market. Booked a double-bed room, it was average, clean and tardy. The manager was very much helpful. Basic amenities were available. Geyser was available. Spacious rooms. Only negative point is the hotel is over a busy briyani shop, and sometimes at night smell of raw masala cooking comes. Overall okay.

aloke as a receptionist or a manager was a very helpful and polite and friendly and a very responsible person. i am happy. god bless him.thanks to mr kaushik also ,for good corporation 🙏🏻. nothing to say, but all are good, cleaning, bed cover fantastic. but in winter please arrange a heater. that will be better 😌. otherwise fantastic 👏

Room was to dirty with full of mosquitoes, minimum amenities not available. Ultimate could not stay there, I have to shift another hotel at night. My money was waste.

Rooms are small, but clean and maintained, toilets are clean, location is not far from bus stop, staff are well mannered and helpful, good place for single person looking for stays for working purpose. Satisfied

When we reach the hotel, they asked not to provide any room as receptionist don't know about booking schedule. After that they asked hotel owner. We are waiting 1 hour at reception. Housekeeping very bad. Room was not clean. Condition of toilet is very bad & soiled. Service also very poor. No hot water facilities available.

When I checked in the Room, it was not clean at all, stayed for 2 days, neither had I got it Cleaned. Bed sheet and pillow cover given by them also used one, no towel or soap available. No regular water supply available at Taps. Don't stay here.

What a poor hotel, nothing is good. Room is not cleaning at all. Bedsheet and pillow cover given by them also used one. This is very low budget hotel. This type of room rent will be highest price Rs. 250 to Rs. 300. Only 14 inch TV, no AC, no hot water, no WiFi and no restaurant. I can't understand how make my trip approve this type of hotel. Fully waste of money. If you want to stay in Cooch Behar than choose hotel Palace, hotel Zuboraj. Don't stay here.
